We offer a full range of wedding services including candid & documentary photography, cinematography / wedding films, traditional videography, drone coverage, and premium album design & delivery. Every package is fully customisable — we tailor everything to fit your unique wedding beautifully.
We do not have a one-size-fits-all package cost. We customise every package based on the duration of events, team size required, deliverables chosen (photography only / photo + video), and the style of videography (traditional or cinematic highlights). Nothing makes us happier than shooting in the most candid, documentary way possible! We strive to be as unobtrusive as possible during all rituals and ceremonies, capturing the beauty of moments as they happen naturally. We believe that asking for poses during rituals takes away their authentic beauty. The only time we direct posed shots is during meet & greet (reception) and couple/family portrait sessions.
Team size depends on the package chosen (photography only / photo+video / candid highlights video etc.). Our founders will be personally present for the entire wedding — we are the photographers ourselves! We never take on more than one wedding at a time, as we always like to give our complete attention and personal touch to each couple. This is our unwavering commitment to you.
Yes, absolutely! In fact, having us as the sole photography team works in your favour. When we're the only team, we can move around freely with complete creative freedom — capturing that perfect shot from the perfect angle without worrying about getting in someone else's frame. This results in more natural, cohesive storytelling across both sides.
No, we do not provide raw unedited files. Our clients book us based on our portfolio — our finished, edited work. Post-processing and editing is a major, integral part of our creative process and is what transforms a capture into a photograph. RAW files are unedited and not an accurate representation of our artistry. We deliver only our very best, fully edited work — and that is our promise to every couple.
We place no restriction on the number of images delivered — it is driven entirely by the events and rituals that take place. Based on our experience, for a full-day wedding, you can expect approximately 400–500 beautifully edited photographs. Every single image is carefully edited before delivery. We don't just dump files — we curate and craft each photo.
Photo delivery takes up to 3 weeks during off-season and up to 6 weeks during peak wedding season. Video delivery takes approximately 4 weeks during off-season and up to 8 weeks during peak season. We always share a curated sneak peek of selected photos within 10 days of your wedding — so you don't have to wait long to relive those first magical moments!
Yes! We provide premium Canvera wedding albums. Our standard offering is a 12″ × 18″, 30-page album for weddings, but you can choose a smaller size and customise the number of pages and paper quality (pricing varies accordingly). We also handle the complete design of your album — crafting it as a beautiful coffee-table book you'll treasure for generations.
We retain all delivered photos and videos for a period of 6 months after delivery. We strongly recommend that you back up your files in multiple locations immediately upon receiving them — on an external hard drive, cloud storage, and any other medium you prefer. After the retention period, files may be purged from our servers.
Absolutely! We love destination weddings — they are some of our most treasured experiences. Our package pricing doesn't change based on location. However, for weddings outside our base city, we do require the client to provide travel and accommodation for the entire team for the duration of the assignment.
We use professional-grade, industry-leading camera bodies and lenses from Canon and Sony, paired with premium lighting equipment and stabilisation systems. We always carry backup gear to ensure zero disruption on your wedding day. Our commitment to using the best equipment reflects our commitment to delivering the best results for you. We strongly prefer to meet our prospective clients before proceeding with a booking — either in person or over a video call. This gives both of us a chance to get to know each other, discuss your vision and requirements, and clarify any questions. Most importantly, it means you'll feel completely at ease with us on your wedding day, having already built a personal connection.
We require a 50% advance of the total package cost to block your wedding dates. Once received, we do not accept any other bookings for those dates. Please note that the advance is non-refundable, as we turn away other inquiries to dedicate ourselves fully to your wedding. The remaining 50% is due within one week after the wedding.
Once you're ready to proceed, we share a detailed contract outlining the coverage details, package cost, deliverables, and all terms. Once you accept the contract and pay the advance, your dates are officially blocked and you're part of the Simpli Versatile family! It's that simple. Get in touch to start the conversation.
